Dr Jasper Kenter (COI; Co-lead WP3) is lecturer in Ecological Economics and a leading expert on deliberative and integrated monetary/non-monetary approaches to valuation.

He co-led the UK National Ecosystem Assessment Follow On (NEAFO) Shared, Plural and Cultural Values project and was contributing author to the NEAFO report on cultural ecosystem services. He was co-lead of the VNN ‘Bridging the gap from values to decisions’ project and participated in the VNN Stocks and Flows and Valuing Peatlands projects.

He is currently Co-PI of the EU FP7 MERIKA (€3.4m) marine energy/planning project and a work package lead in a £700k Norwegian Research Council project on climate change adaptation and governance.
